Hi! I am hoping I can find someone interested in subleasing my town-home. I am moving back to Texas for family reasons and I am not able to stay in the lease. I plan to be out by the end of December. The lease will be until May 2018. You can then decide if you would like to stay or move. This is perfect if you only need a short lease. The only thing you will have to pay is the application fee. My current rent with water and trash comes to 940-950 a month usually. You will have to have qualifying credit and proof of income to move in. This is a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse, there is a pool, easy off street parking, washer and dryer in the unit, and close to main roads and plenty of places to eat. No pets have lived in the apartment as well so it is clean and will be cleaned when I move out. It is unfurnished. Serious inquiries only please.
