Rent will be $545 a month, utilities (water, power, and wifi) are separate and have averaged $50 a month, and will include a parking sticker with a parking lot that has ample parking for guests. If you haven t lived in Athens during the summer, or have and know how much fun it is, i d highly recommend this spot!
