Hey guys! My name is Alexis. I just graduated from MTSU. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I'll be moving soon to North Carolina. I am looking for someone to move in as early as September until July 31, 2018 (when lease expires). You would be living with 2 other females (both graduate students at MTSU). The house is 3bed/2bath with spacious living quarters. There's a huge fenced in backyard (great for pets) and a patio. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. There's plenty of closet space throughout the house and a basement that's great for storage. We have a big driveway and parking on the street also, so parking is never a problem. Plus, it's a close distance to campus which is great for those that walk/bike to class! Rent is $900 a month ($300 a person). First time fees include a $300 deposit. We are responsible for electric and gas, water, and internet. Typically, those bills run at most around $100 a month, making your bill total around $400/month.
