It is in fair condition. 90% of the windows have been replaced with new and a new back door has been installed. It needs the usual coating of the roof done and some repairs to weak spots (around heat registers) in flooring. It could also use a good cleaning and the porch roof renewed or sealed for leaks. It will need to be moved or purchased by September 30th, 2012 or sooner. I am asking $1000.00 or best offer. There are no appliances and does not include the oil tank. If purchased to move into, you would need to pass the background check conducted by the park. If this was the reason for purchase, the oil tank with remaining oil could be purchased and left for an additional $2000. This would make a very reasonable home, or hunting camp.
