Do you own a rental house or hobby farm that could use a little fixing up, but you don't want to deal with the work? My husband and I are looking for a place to raise our 2 young children and small non-shedding inside dog. We are looking for a 3+ bedroom house/hobby farm anywhere between New Ulm, Searles, Hanska, Madelia, and Lake Crystal (may consider a 2 bedroom if there is a possibility of a 3rd). We would really really like a hobby farm. Basement is a must, doesn't have to be finished. We would like a garage, preferably a 2-3 car. We are willing to do some fixing up (house, yard, updating etc), as long as it is livable as is. We have our own appliances (except a stove). We both work full time and are looking for something in the $500-$650/month range. Other details with the Rent to Own can be worked out. Our current lease is up the end of May, so a move in date of around May 25th is preferred (Memorial Day Weekend).
