I am moving out of my current home to move in with a family and need a subleaser for my current room. It is across the street from a large park, walking trails, and a bus stop. It's approximately a 15 min. walk to the hospital and a few minutes from a grocery store, gas station, and drug store. The house is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom and is furnished. It has an attached garage, driveway, and free street parking. The kitchen is complete, including a dishwasher. The house is completely remodelled and has a large backyard and patio. The subleaser would have their own bedroom on the second floor and would share a bathroom with 2 girls. The other 4 girls are in their 20's. They are students at UI, quiet, and very nice! The subleaser must be female. We have a cleaning schedule so the house remains clean and organized. The $390 for rent includes rent, internet, and utilities. I would like to have someone move in by Oct. 1, but could wait until Nov. 1 Please let me know if you are interested!
