I have 4 rental properties I have owned for a number of years. All rented (9 units) and well maintained. For tax reasons I would like to sell one per year. All properties are next to one another--a house, a brick duplex, a 3 unit house and a 2 unit house. If an agreement is reached I would like to manage and maintain all the properties as I will have a vested interest in them until all are sold--maybe at no charge--I am a good landlord whose tenants stay an average of fourteen years. My profession is Real Estate(not an agent) and real estate(home) repair. I help manage over 100 rentals in town and do repairs at 1/3 the cost to other landlords--I am not, nor do I have(or want) any legal part of there management--just landlords helping each other. I have flipped many houses and wish to continue to do so. I have a large network of people who can get anything done--if not interested in my properties, maybe you would be interested in repair help or selling your rentals to me.
