Lakemont Pines lake vacation rental offers swimming, skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, walking trails and quiet relaxation. Lease options always open for you and your friends to share the monthly cost. I am a private owner who rents out her own home when it is open. Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, 2 night minimum, Total $450 which includes a one time $75 surcharge for taxes and utilities and a REFUNDABLE $175 refundable deposit for people without pets. Monday thru Thursday nights, 2 night minimum, Total $420 which includes a one time $75 surcharge for taxes and utilities and a REFUNDABLE $175 refundable deposit for people without pets. Pets are an additional $50 deposit plus $10 per day for the first pet and $5 per day for each thereafter. Holidays are a 3 night minimum and 10%.
