First of all this house is in Ithaca. We're not advertising 5min to Cornell and it turns out to be in Trumansburg. Its right at the bottom of hill where 34 and 13 meet - so IC, CU, and downtown are all very easily accessible. And its AMAZING. To say its huge is an understatement. Its 4 Bedrooms with three living rooms, a good size kitchen with breakfast bar, an outdoor patio, garage, lots of parking and large deck that can accommodate 2-3 boats. Current tenants include two young professionals; both mid 20s and a yellow lab. We are both fun and outgoing but neat and work quite a bit (read as not looking for someone who wants to have keg parties til 4am).
