Looking for 3 bdrm single family home. Looking for more than 1300 sq ft. must have gas heat or central air and heat. Looking to pay 5 to 700.00 a month in rent and willing to sign a 1 year lease. Me and my family also have a small 9lb cocker spaniel dog who is almost 4 and is house broken willing to pay a pet deposit for dog. Just retired from the military, moved here to be closer to family. I have never rented do to living in military housing so we have no evictions. But am new to the renting thing so we are not looking for some beat up house.
