A large sunroom which can be a third bedroom, living room with fireplace, dining room, large beautiful kitchen with all appliances, a mudroom that leads onto the deck. It has a wonderful large porch to sit and watch the goings on, lol! There is a w/d on site and storage area. It has the tall windows through out that bring in alot of natural light. 12 ft ceilings. Oh, and basic cable is included in rent in all rooms. Even the kitchen! There is yard space. I do have three small dogs. They are well behaved, kennel trained and are very lovable. Also there are wood floors through, tile in the kitchen. Has lots of ceiling fans and beautiful architectural light fixtures. Men or ladies. No drugs, social drink ok. Smoking outside only.
