We are aiming to rent our two room for the month of July. It will certainly be completely furnished, cooking area gear and all. We have a lovely garden, fruit trees and backyard chickens. If you want to take on the duty of caring for them, there is the possibility of lease reduction. In exchange we we lower lease and you would have tasty eggs and veggies. Your house has hardwood floors, a huge kitchen, terrific lighting, gas stove, washer dryer, piano, fire pit, back porch and wifi. There are 2 queen size beds, 1 raised twin and a futon bed mattress in the living room. We are 2 miles exactly from Zilker park so its a simple bike flight downtown or to the springs. There are a couple of leasing options that we are searching for:. Weekly - $500/week. Simply July - $1650. or if you 'd like to take care of the chickens and garden:. Weekly - $450. July - $1400. This would consist of bills.
