I have a townhome-style apartment, about 1200 sf, detached garage for storage or car, and assigned parking. It has a semi-private backyard and patio. I just want someone dependable, respectful, clean and not allergic to helping keep the place picked up and clear, and who knows how to be an adult. I can't stress enough how much I hate drama! You won't get any from me, This is transitioning to a non-smoking community as leases renew if that is an issue for you. I have 2 dogs, larger, older, and very well behaved, so that's the pet limit. I don't want to live with small children but would consider a couple. I don't care about gender.
