It includes large east and south-facing sun-filled windows which look out onto woods and flower gardens, extensive closet space and a built-in bookcase. The shared clean bathroom is just down the hallway. This is a beautiful passive solar home, full of sun and surrounded by gardens including a pool and next to acres of woods. It is less than 10 minutes from Hartford and West Hartford. My three children (ages 8,8,10) and I live here (as well as other housemates), so housemates must be OK with kids around some of the time (I have shared custody w/their father). So far the kids greatly enjoy the people who share the home, and vice versa. We also have a cat and dog (a Lab).
