Looking for 3, possibly 4 students to rent my beautiful home on the northside, minutes from YSU. It is located on Broadway Ave, in a very nice, historical neighborhood. The house is on the national registry of historic places, built in 1906. This is the house I grew up in, so I maintain the property very well. In fact, the exterior is being painted currently. Looking for responsible students only! I had 4 students living there for the past 2 years, however 3 are moving out in August and the 4th one is unsure. If you have a group of 4 that are serious, please respond asap and I can make sure the entire house will be available by the end of August. I can show the house whenever needed. It is a huge house, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Large Living Room, Dining Room, Office. Basement with washer and dryer. Kitchen with stove, fridge. The house also comes partially furnished, I will talk in deatil about this if interested. The rent is $300 per student. This includes water and gas!! You only pay electric.
