Relocating from Florida to Ky to be near family and a much slower paced life. Having my down is not a problem but financing through lenders on some of the homes we ve currently tried to push through hasn t been exactly easy. We have wanted to put a chunk of my down which then would make the loan way under k. Not something lenders like. We re looking for land would be great to be near water for canoeing and hiking. Having some work to do as long as its livable is fine. As that s what my husband does for a living and I am a designer. Would need a minimum of sq.ft. either a garage for my husbands work space or an out building. He needs an area to work on projects. We want to stay under k.
